You always here about getting a great team. The value that they bring. We have just brought in 6 new people. 6 great people. Not senior people. Great people. People who can live and breathe our core values and what High Tech Health lives for. We have gone from 8 people to 14 people in 2weeks. They have been through an induction and feel like they have been there at least 1 year.
As an entrepreneur it is an amazing feeling when you know that you have started to assemble a team which will pick up the ball and run with it. You can stand back and say "You know what our BHAG is, you tell me how we get there".
